Shipping Policy

At GALE STUDIO, every order is made with care. Our customized canvas bags are embroidered and fulfilled on demand to minimize waste and support thoughtful consumption.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Because each item is made to order, processing may take a little longer during peak times or if customization is especially detailed. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:


  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–5 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days after processing
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination

Please note: delivery estimates do not include the production time for customized items.


Domestic Shipping Partners

We ship via trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, based on your location and shipping speed selected at checkout.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to many countries. International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes incurred upon delivery. These fees are not included in your order total and are determined by your country’s import regulations.


Custom Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Customized and personalized bags are made to order and may require additional time for processing. Due to the bespoke nature of these items, shipping timelines may vary slightly. If you have questions about your custom order, please reach out to us at Hello@shopgalestudio.com.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.


Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the carrier first using the tracking number provided. If further assistance is needed, email us at Hello@shopgalestudio.com and we’ll be happy to help. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked delivered, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
