Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Gale Studio purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

The portal will provide a prepaid return shipping label and step-by-step instructions. If you need assistance or your situation isn’t supported by the portal (e.g., gift return, international order), email Hello@shopgalestudio.com.

Please note: Items sent back without a portal submission or prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Hello@shopgalestudio.com so we can make it right.

 

Non-Returnable Items

All customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, reach out before purchasing.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.


Shipping & Geographic Scope

We currently ship within the United States only (all 50 states and Washington, D.C.). International shipping is not available at this time. If you have questions about your order's eligibility, please contact us at Hello@shopgalestudio.com.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
